Before the sale, every pack's contents are hashed, encrypted, and folded into a single on-chain commitment. Nobody can read them — but they're frozen.
Reveal
After purchase, the reveal key is published. The buyer decrypts exactly what was committed — the seller cannot swap, edit, or cherry-pick after the fact.
Verify
Anyone re-checks the reveal against the pre-sale commitment. Signatures, hashes, and the on-chain anchor all have to line up. No trust required.
